Scouty is a software tool that executes AI-powered compatibility analysis workflows on demand. Credits are prepaid software usage rights that are consumed when a workflow is executed. Because credits are software execution tokens — not payment for introductions, matches, or human services — our refund policy is structured accordingly.
A consumed credit is automatically returned to your account in the following cases:
Credit returns happen automatically — no action required from you. Returned credits are valid for 90 days from the return date. Use them on any future software execution within that window.
You may request a cash refund for unused credits within a reasonable period of purchase by emailing support@heyscouty.com.
